Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.wearitageindia.com. Delivering a good quality product within a given time frame is our utmost priority. We ship through reputed courier services only.

1. Free delivery within India.
2. You will receive the tracking details once the order is placed.
3. Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Saturday only.
4. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
5. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 4-5 business days.
6. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
7. If there is a delay in dispatch due to the product being out of stock, we may contact you through email. You may then choose to wait, choose alternate products, or opt for a refund.
8. We ship from Pune India to all Territories in India except those PIN Codes not serviced by our Logistics Partner.
9. All products carry the Wearitage logo to ensure authenticity.
10. If there is a delay in dispatch due to any natural calamity, unforeseen circumstances, we shall not be liable to return or exchange the product
11. If the shipping address is wrong or any mistake is made by the customer, then the customer has to make the extra payment for any changes in their address.
12. Due to the COVID – 19 regulations in Pune, shipping might be delayed.
13. While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quickly as possible.
