Return Policy

At Wearitage, we strive to make sure you have the best experience while selecting and buying your favorite Indian Ethnic Outfits. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy there are times when you might feel the need to return your product because of circumstances beyond your or our control.

We have listed below about our Cancellation, Return and Refunds policy as under:


CANCELLATION POLICY

Wearitage believes in assisting our customers in their complete shopping experience, and therefore we have a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the order was shipped.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Wearitage marketing team has obtained for special occasions such as festivals or for Special promotions or initiatives.
  • Wearitage does not accept cancellation requests for Official Merchandise, Clearance zone products, clearance/flash sale products or steal deal products among others. However, a refund can be initiated or a replacement can be made if the product delivered is damaged or defective or delivered to the wrong address.
  • Cancellation of an order can be done by us only on the following grounds. Your failure to comply with these Conditions or breach of any of the policies/terms referred herein
  • Technical errors or issues
  • Any reason relating to credit/fraud avoidance
  • Invalid address or wrong address is provided by the user in order details
  • Malpractices used to place the order
  • Bulk order is placed for the likely objective of commercial resale
  • Multiple orders are placed for the same product at the same address
  • Order is undelivered after three (3) attempts
  • EMI offer, if any, is rejected by the bank
  • Pricing or specifications on any product shown on the Website due to any technical glitch, resulting in incorrect pricing or specifications.
  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever without any further liability. On such cancellation, you will receive a notification through email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to us.

We reserve the right to remove any product from www.wearitageindia.com at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product from this website, for removing or modifying any material or content from the Website or not processing an order once we have sent you the Order Confirmation.


Availability of Products

All product orders are subject to availability. Along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same or higher quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse the amount that you may have paid.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

There could be circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Customer Service number.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:
  • Return request should be made within 2 days of receiving the shipment.
  • If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at sales@wearitageindia.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you at no additional cost
  • Products/Items should be UNUSED
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • The shipping charges for returning the products back to us to be borne by the customer.
  • Returns are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be sealed and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to goods in transit.
  • Once the goods are received at the Wearitage center, we will examine the product and if the claim is found genuine, we will refund the product price to you. If the claim is found not valid, you will have to pay the delivery fees again for getting the product delivered back.
  • We do have an exchange policy for sizes.
  • We do not have an exchange/ return policy for used products, no matter how rarely used.
  • Return requests will only be accepted through the website account.
  • If the product is customized as per customer requirement, then in that case the return policy is not applicable for the product.

REFUSAL OF RETURN REQUEST

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any return request. If the request for returns is not allowed by the Returns Policy, you will not be refunded the payment made or any costs and will not be able to raise a second request for a return for the same product. Our decision regarding the refusal or cancellation shall be final and binding on the parties and you further agree not to hold us liable for any refusal or cancellation.


FRIVOLOUS COMPLAINTS

In the event of frivolous or baseless complaints or requests regarding the quality or content of the products, we reserve the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by us in this regard.


REFUNDS

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Wearitage or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order

  • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded to the credit/ debit card or your bank account within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
  • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account.
  • While refunding, an amount of INR 150-200 will be deducted to cover shipping, bank and payment gateway charges.

RE-ATTEMPTS

We make 1 attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the second attempt, the Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no.: +91 7666583453

If after re-attempts for delivery of the product, the product is shipped back to Wearitage, after which the customer asks again for a re-delivery, then the customer shall have to bear the complete RTO charges levied by the delivery partner on Wearitage.

*International orders are not eligible for returns.
