The price of the product depends on many factors. Handloom and handwoven products will be expensive as compared to Powerloom and machinery work products. The reason is there are many steps and processes involved in any handwork which takes days and months of hard work to make a unique and beautiful product.
There are a few hand-picked designer products that are handmade/hand-woven. The art and weaving done on these products will come out differently every time.
Any handloom fabric will come with some uneven thread. Since all the weaving and knotting is done using hands, there may be little variation you may observe. However, its not a defect.
